Lenni
“Hello there! My name is Lenni, and I am the office manager and social media director at Pearce Orthodontics. With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, I bring a wealth of knowledge to our team, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Pearce since 2005.
As the office manager, I am dedicated to ensuring that every patient and family feels welcome and comfortable throughout their orthodontic journey. In my role as social media director, I work to keep our patients and followers up-to-date with all of the latest news and happenings at our practice.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two Labs in the Greensburg area. As a proud military mom, I cherish the time I get to spend with them. I also love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking, camping, or planning my next beach vacation!”
Dr. Nandita Pearce
Dr. Nandita Pearce, a highly acclaimed orthodontist, has dedicated her career to providing exceptional orthodontic care and creating beautiful, confident smiles. With a passion for excellence and a commitment to continuing education, she has earned a reputation as one of the leading orthodontists in the Pittsburgh area.
With a background that spans from the University of Pittsburgh to Georgetown University School of Dentistry and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Pearce has a wealth of education and experience in the field of dentistry. After completing her Orthodontic Residency at Temple University School of Dentistry, she earned her Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics, as well as two Master of Science degrees in Oral Biology and Dentistry.
As a leader in the orthodontic community, Dr. Pearce has held several prominent positions, including President of the Western Pennsylvania Society of Orthodontists. She is an active member of various professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Great Lakes Society of Orthodontists, and the Pennsylvania Association of Orthodontists. As well as private global study groups
Dr. Pearce is not only dedicated to her work, but also to her family, as a wife and mother. She takes pride in working with each patient to achieve optimum oral health, function, and appearance, and truly customizing treatments indivdually.
Connie
My name is Connie Cardone, I have 38 years of experience in Orthodontics – 26 of those years have been spent with Dr. Pearce. You can find me at all four of our offices as I travel with Dr. Pearce to each one. On top of my role as a clinical assistant for Dr. Pearce, I also handle all of our offices’ lab work and fabrication of orthodontic appliances.
To me, you are not just a patient, you are a friend, a next door neighbor or a parent I know from school. We see you for monthly checkups and develop relationships.
Outside of work I love to read, spend time with my family and enjoy the great outdoors.
Chelsea
Hi! My name is Chelsea. I have been an Orthodontic Assistant for 15 years. I travel to all four offices with Dr. Pearce. I enjoy going and meeting new people and seeing all of our existing patients!
My favorite part of my job is seeing everyones’ beautiful smile at the end of their treatments.
I reside in the Apollo area with my husband, Bob and our two children Genevieve & Luca. When I’m not at work I enjoy going on walks with my family and watching Disney+.
Darlene
Tai
Hailing from Murrysville, Pennsylvania, Tai is currently attending Franklin Regional High School as a senior, Tai has been a Sterilization Technician and Assistant at the clinic since his freshman year.
Tai is known for his passion for helping pediatric patients feel comfortable and safe throughout their treatments. He takes pride in ensuring that every patient has a positive experience, and he often goes the extra mile to make sure they feel at ease.
In addition to his work at the clinic, Tai is a fluent French speaker and an avid traveler. His passion for exploring new cultures has taken him to various countries, where he has gained valuable insights into different healthcare systems and public health practices. His photos from his travels can also be found in our Wilkins Township, RIDC and Natrona Heights Locations.
Tai will be studying health sciences at McGill University this fall.
Hannah
Hi there, I’m Hannah and I’ve been a dental assistant for over 3 years now. For the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of working as an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Pearce, and I can honestly say that I love every moment of it. From the moment I started working with this amazing team, I knew that I had found the perfect fit.
One of the things that I love most about my job is getting to travel to all 4 of our locations and meet all of our wonderful patients. Seeing the smiles on their faces as their treatment progresses is truly rewarding and reminds me of why I love what I do.
When I’m not at work, you can find me spending time with my family, my boyfriend Joc, and our dog, Toby. Whether we’re going on a hike or just relaxing at home, I cherish every moment I get to spend with them.
I’m so grateful to be a part of Dr. Pearce’s team, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on our patients’ lives!
Mira
Hello, my name is Mira, and I’m a clinical assistant at Dr. Pearce’s office. With one year of experience in orthodontics, I am thrilled to be part of a team that helps patients achieve their perfect smile.
In addition to my passion for orthodontics, I enjoy spending my free time with my boyfriend, Cole, and my beloved dog, Luna. Whenever possible, I also love to travel to Florida to see my family.
